Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite ARM chip for Windows 11 PCs features Oryon cores, Neural cores, and a Hexagon NPU, offering high performance and efficient AI capabilities. Popular PC makers such as Lenovo, Microsoft, Asus, and HP have launched their first Copilot+ PCs using the Snapdragon X Elite chip.
Here is a list of Snapdragon X Elite-powered laptops to buy in 2024. It is said that the ARM-based Oryon CPU can compete with Apple’s M3 CPU in performance and efficiency. Moreover, the new Copilot+ PCs feature an integrated Hexagon NPU for AI that can perform up to 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS).

1. Microsoft Surface Laptop 7th Edition and Surface Pro 11th Edition
The Microsoft Surface 7th Edition and Surface Pro 11th Edition are the two new laptops built on the Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors, respectively. The new Surface Pro X Elite variant features a 120Hz OLED display, thin bezels, a rounded design, and an improved haptic trackpad. You can purchase these devices from the Microsoft Store starting at $999.
2. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6
The Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 are two new laptops from Lenovo built on the Snapdragon X Elite lineup (X1E-78-100). They come with 12 CPU cores, but there is no dual-core boost on any cores. You can buy the Yoga Slim 7x for $1,289 and the ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 starting at $2,699.
3. Asus Vivobook S 15 (S5507)
The Asus Vivobook S 15 is the first Copilot+ PC powered by the Snapdragon X Elite CPU. The device features the X1E-78-100 variant, which offers a maximum frequency of up to 3.4 GHz. The laptop also features a 120Hz OLED HDR display. You can buy the Vivobook S 15 starting at $1,299.
4. Dell XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus
Dell XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus laptops are the first two Copilot+ laptops. Dell XPS 13 powers by Snapdragon X Plus (X1P-64-100), while the Dell Inspiron 14 Plus packs the Snapdragon X Plus (X1P-64-100). The XPS 13 will be available starting at $1299 and Inspiron 14 Plus starting at $1099.
5. Acer Swift 14 AI
Acer has launched its first Snapdragon X Elite laptop with the Swift line-up. The Swift 14 AI features the X1E-78-100, 12-corr CPU and is clocked up to 3.4GHz. However, it offers no dual-core boost. The Acer Swift 14 AI will be available starting at $1099.
6. HP OmniBook X 14 and HP EliteBook Ultra G1q
HP OmniBook X 14 and HP EliteBook Ultra G1q are thw two new Copilot+ laptops. Both devices feature the Snapdragon X Elite processor (X1E-78-100). HP OmniBook X 14 will be available starting at $1149 and EliteBook Ultra G1q will be available starting at $1699.
7. Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge
Samsung launched the Galaxy Book4 Edge laptop with the Snapdragon X Elite CPU. It packs the most powerful variant X1E-84-100 processor, and you will get a dual-core boost up to 4.2GHz on the top-end variant. Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge will be available starting at $1349.
